Semi-Private Athlete Training(ages 13+): Starts with an initial assessment to take baseline numbers and measurements of where the athlete currently is at and build an individualized program going forward. Train in small groups in a competitive atmosphere with other dedicated athletes competing at various levels throughout the 518, as well as at colleges and professional organizations throughout the country. With our movement-first approach, we’ll target your deficiencies, and progress things once quality technique is perfected, utilizing the latest VBT technology in the weight room tracking your movements and using the data to drive training adjustments leading you to see bigger and faster results. Whats Included: 3x Weekly hitting sessions with our coaches at 7:00pm Mon/Wed/Fri, Unlimited Semi-private training membership in our gym with individualized programming sent directly to your phone. Choose your weight room times from a range of sessions offered 7 days a week. Live competition as we ramp up toward the high school season.
HS Hitting and Training Program
Ages: High School
Duration: 11/4/24-3/14/25
Whats Included: 3x Weekly Pitching sessions with our coaches choosing from a range of times for your Monday and Wednesday sessions(Drill/mechanics/throwing program days), as well as a range of Friday/Saturday Bullpen times for your third session each week, Unlimited Semi-private training membership in our gym with individualized programming sent directly to your phone. Choose your weight room times from a range of sessions offered 7 days a week. Live competition as we ramp up toward the high school season.
HS Pitching and Training Program

Whats Included: 2x Weekly 2 hour hitting and pitching sessions with multiple of our coaches from 5-7pm on Tuesdays and 9-11am on Saturdays, Improve your game on both the mound and in the batters box, in a fun, competitive, welcoming environment working alongside your peers.

Pitching Development
Private pitching lessons available to be booked 7 days a week with our dedicated coaching staff, as well as full offseason pitching programs starting in November. Work with our coaches during your pitching instruction using the latest baseball technology and tools to see bigger gains on the mound, learn a full warm-up and drill work routine to reinforce clean pitching mechanics and clean up any deficiencies in your delivery. Train to develop high velocities on the mound safely. Our Pitching coaching staff includes both current and former professional pitchers, experienced coaches at the D1 level, as well as coaches with summer collegiate coaching and recruiting experience. Hitting Development
Similar to our pitching development, private hitting lessons can be booked any day of the week, and offseason hitting programs with Coach Barbero will be starting up in November as well. Prepare yourself to dominate any pitching you may face with our professional hitting instruction, develop the tools required to compete and excel at the next level in the batters box. Learn to make adjustments in the box to be a challenging at bat for any pitcher, hit with power to all fields, and build the mindset to be aggressive with the bat and be an impactful force for your teams offense. Catching Development
Catching is the hardest position on the field, but there are many avenues to developing behind the plate even at younger ages. Cage rentals are now available! Individual cages can be booked online or in person at the facility, add-ons available for pitching machines, technology, and radar. We always say Efficiency always wins, with our movement-first approach, you can be sure you’re seeing real progress each time you come in the door. Work in developing quality mechanics, velocity, command, and more in a private or small group setting. When teaching mechanics, we emphasize quality, efficient movement patterns to transfer energy from the ground to the baseball through the entire body, while working to minimize stress on the shoulder and elbow. There are many ways to develop velocity that can also increase injury risk, at BHPI, you can be confident you are developing the velocity you desire while preparing the body to handle the stresses of high velocity pitching to stay healthy over the course of a long career.

BHPI Youth training meets three times weekly in the BHPI Velo Garage and is training designed for 8-12 year old athletes looking to build an athletic foundation and get ready “hit the ground running” in the weight room as they grow older and develop. In these sessions, we teach foundational movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry, in a fun, competitive environment. Prepare your child for long term athletic success and a healthy lifestyle beyond sports in BHPI Youth Training, in an environment that gives your child a positive perspective on exercise for life. (We are big believers exercise should never be viewed as a punishment, rather a positive aspect in our lives!)
