At the 518 Clubhouse, we redefine athletic training by combining individualized programming with the energy of a small group setting. Train in groups of no more than 8 athletes, ensuring personalized attention from our professional coaches. Whether your goal is to boost speed, strength, agility, or on-field performance, our movement-first approach focuses on mastering quality movement patterns to elevate your game. Our progressive training methodology keeps you improving daily, helping you feel and perform at your best.
Experience cutting-edge training with our state-of-the-art weight room and Velocity Based Training (VBT) technology. Wearable sensors track every rep, saving data to a database that guides real-time adjustments and future exercise selection, volume, and load prescriptions—maximizing your results. Your personalized program, tailored to your sport and goals, is delivered through an app, complete with instructional videos from our coaches to guide you through complex movements, both in the gym and during remote training sessions included with all in-person memberships.
After your initial $50 assessment and training session, you’ll receive a custom program addressing mobility, stability, and strength imbalances while building a strong training foundation. With 90-minute sessions and a maximum of 8 athletes per coach, you get the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Athletes typically train 2-6 days per week, with Unlimited, 8x/month, and 4x/month membership options available. We empower athletes to set big goals and hold themselves accountable.
