To get started click the link on this page to book your initial assessment. Following your initial assessment and training session, you'll receive an individualized training program catered to the demands of your sport and your specific needs, and goals. During your first month of training, we're going to tackle any mobility, stability, and strength imbalances we may uncover during the initial assessment, as well as build your training foundation. With no more than 8 athletes per coach in each 90 minute session, we can provide the individualized coaching athletes would receive in a personal training session, at a much lower cost.
Your training program will be sent directly to your phone through an app, and all of your training sessions will be tracked using the latest VBT technology in the weight room. You will wear a sensor either on your arm, body, or it will go directly on the barbell during your training sessions, and your data will be saved into a database to guide future exercise selection, volume, and load prescription to maximize desired results.
Your program will include instructional videos of our coaches guiding you through the challenging movements, so you've always got a coach with you in the gym, even during times when your coach is spotting/instructing another athlete. These instructional videos can also be used during your remote training sessions, which are included in all in person semi-private memberships at BHPI.
Athletes typically train 2-6 days/week. We work to teach our athletes to set big goals and hold themselves accountable to those goals. We offer Unlimited, 8x/month, and 4x/month membership options.
Minimum age for semi-private training at BHPI is 13 years old, all new clients are required to schedule an initial assessment and training session prior to your first "Semi-Private" training session. The Initial Assessment fee is $50.
