BHPI Youth Training

In these sessions we work to develop the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, teach your children basic movement patterns using bodyweight, jumping, speed, and agility drills, in a fun, welcoming environment to give them a positive outlook on exercise for life. All BHPI Youth Training Sessions currently meet in the BHPI Velo Garage

Sessions meet every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday, and are open to athletes ages 8-12. 


Low Cost memberships available to suit your busy lifestyle, but not required, drop-ins are welcome!

If you don't wish to sign up for a membership, but would like to drop in for a session, feel free to contact us and request the waivers ahead of time to save time when you arrive!
