The High School Offseason Pitching Development Program is a complete, all-inclusive 15-week plan that covers every aspect of your pitching and training needs from the beginning of your ramp-up through high school tryouts in March.

Each session (Monday–Friday, 6–8pm) includes a full warmup and mobility routine, mechanical drill work, pitching-specific exercises, throwing ramp-up, bullpens and pitch design, plus a dedicated weight-room program designed to support and amplify your mound work.

Program Structure:

  • Weeks 1–2: Shutdown / throwing prep — rebuild a strength base and prepare the body to throw again.

  • Weeks 3–6: Ramp-up — progressive throwing while building strength for the bullpen and power phases ahead.

  • Weeks 7–10: Bullpen & pitch design — introduce and refine pitch design while shifting to more explosive weight-room work.

  • Weeks 11–15: Bullpen & live phase — lower-intent work early in the week, live at-bats against hitters every Friday in February, and in-season style training to peak on live days.

The goal is simple: walk into tryouts fully prepared on the mound and in the weight room, stay healthy, and dominate your high school and summer seasons in 2027.

Investment: $500 per month. When you attend Monday–Friday, it breaks down to just $25 per day for a complete session.
