Our Semi-Private Athlete Training at The 518 Clubhouse is the perfect blend of personalized coaching and group energy, designed specifically for athletes ages 13 and older. In small groups of no more than 6 athletes per session, you'll follow your own fully individualized program tailored to your unique needs, goals, and sport-specific demands—while benefiting from the motivation and accountability of training alongside peers.

We begin with a comprehensive initial assessment, including mobility testing, baseline performance evaluations, and an introductory training session to evaluate your movement quality, current strength and power levels, and any imbalances or areas needing extra attention. From there, our expert coaches build a custom program using data-driven insights and advanced tracking tools to drive measurable progress in strength, speed, explosiveness, and injury resilience.

Forever Athlete Adult Semi-Private Training

Ages: 21+

Month to Month Recurring memberships Adult Semi-Private Training. Options Available for 1 session per week, 2 sessions per week, and Unlimited Sessions
